Our God is good! In yesterday and today's reading, it says several times that God has a plan. His plan has always been to adopt us into his family! He knew this before He ever created the heavens and the earth. I love that we, (that I) am part of His plan. We aren't an "oops" or just something He created! He planned for us. The most beautiful part is that this plan gives Him pleasure! Can you imagine? Its given that we are blessed beyond words for what the Lord has given us and covered us with. But scripture reads that we give HIM pleasure!
Verse 4 reads, "Even before He made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes." The word continues on, "He is so rich in kindness and grace that he purchased our freedom with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins." We are free in HIM! We have been saved because of His kindness and His grace! Praise God that he loved us because now we are able to stand faultless in His eyes!
Verse 6 conveys my emotions perfectly, "So we praise God for the glorious grace he has poured out on us who belong to his dear Son." Praise God Sisters, we are covered in His glorious grace!
